The Community Wellness Initiative (CWI)'s Professional Resource Library was built as a secure, supportive space for professionals who work in High Intensity/High Impact (HI/HI) professions (e.g. first responders, mental health providers, and educators). HI/HI professionals carry heavy responsibilities that tax us physically, mentally, and emotionally.
HI/HI professionals face unique stressors, rapid decision-making demands, and emotional intensity that few outside our fields ever see. The CWI Professional Resource Library was built to give you the tools, support, and community you deserve — all in one protected, curated space.
Like you, we work in High Intensity/High Impact professions to serve others. We have also learned that we need resources, tools, connection, and growth opportunities to sustain us.
This space was created by us and for us. A place where we can trust what we're learning, ask difficult questions, find the resources we need to help the people we serve, and find new tools for personal growth that get us excited to keep doing the work.
